Victims start to jump into the rivers and they died due to a parasite in their bodies. This causes panic around the country. The government declares a state of emergency. Medical supplies salesman, Jae Hyuk (Kim Myung Min) suspects that his family is showing symptoms of the drowning victims. He tries to find the antidote to save his family while his brother, Detective Jae Pil (Kim Dong Wan) investigates the mystery behind the epidemic of drowning.

It was interesting concept on how government and social media are taken place on the epidemic crisis. You can see how people are suffering from the evil mutated hairworms. I was intense with the people going mad and zombies are desperately asking for water. I was so pissed off with the people who caused the epidemic to happen. I get the round off idea of how this epidemic happened. So, the mystery is slowly revealed.

Yes, it meant to be scary but I was disappointed with it. The storyline itself is totally out of place. I know that Jae Hyuk is saving his family from dying. I know that Jae Pil is solving the investigation. I get that. However, there are too much clichés in this film. Wizardole? They could have come up with a better name for a drug. Jae Hyuk always tries to get that antidote but some things always get in his way. I was thinking in my head like this: just let Jae Hyuk get the antidote already because his family are crying for him to come back. Even worse is the ending. I’m not happy about that. I ended with a face palm and sighed deeply about this film.

It’s a bit scary with crazy zombies asking for water and jumping into the river. It’s great to see the epidemic situation and the mystery to be solved. I like how the social media and government is taking place in this film. A huge problem is there are so much clichés. I sighed and tapped my feet while wondering when this film is going to end.
