Director E J-Yong attended a press conference at the Korean Cultural Centre UK

As part of the London Korean Film Festival, Director E J-Yong attended a press conference at the Korean Cultural Centre UK – prior to the screening of ‘Actresses’ and a Q&A session with the audience at the Apollo Theatre, Piccadilly Circus.

At this press conference, E J-Yong himself introduced ‘Actresses’ as a combination of reality show and fake documentary. The director also revealed his current project: an adaptation the Chinese novel ‘Chronicle of a Blood Seller’.

The critically acclaimed director’s visit follows a three week screening of his most memorable work: An Affair (1998), Untold Scandal (2003) Dasepo Naughty Girls (2006), at the Korean Cultural Centre UK.

The March event sees the arrival of Director Park Kwang-su, well known for the tackling of controversial socio-cultural topics in his films.
