Dulkae-Busut-Namul is an Oyster Mushroom dish served with a Perilla sauce. A Perilla contains multi vitamins and unsaturated fat. It is good for: the skin, brain, memory, and blood circulation.

[Ingredients & Quantity]
300g Oyster Mushroom, 5 Cups Water, 1/2tsp Salt
10g Spring Onion
Seasoning Sauce: 1/2tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2tsp Salt, 1tsp Perilla Oil, 1tbsp Perilla Powder

[Recipe]
1. Trim the Oyster Mushroom. Wash them.
2. Blanch the Oyster Mushroom in boiling water. Cut them into 0.8cm length.
3. Chop the Spring Onion.
4. Make the Seasoning Sauce by mixing the ingredients.
5. Mix them all together.

[Tips]
* You can use all different types of mushroom.
* Don’t blanch the Oyster Mushroom too long.
