Discover Korean Food 129: Dr. Sook-Ja Yoon’s “Gam Ja Jun”


[Ingredients & Quantity]
470g (2⅓) Potato, 20g Young Pumpkin, 20g Leek
15g (1) Green Chilli, 20g (1) Red Chilli, 1g (¼tsp) Salt
39g (3tbsp) Vegetable Oil
Seasoning Sauce: 18g (1tbsp) Say Sauce, 15g (1tbsp) Vinegar, 15g (1tbsp) Water, 2g (1tsp) Fine Nut Powder

1. Clean the Potato and Grind it.
2. Cut the Young Pumpkin into 2cm long, 0.3cm wide, and 0.3cm thick.
3. Cut the Leek into 1cm long.
4. Divide the Green chilli and Red Chilli. Cut them into 2cm long and 0.3cm wide.
5. Prepare the Seasoning sauce

1. Mix the Young Pumpkin, Leek, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, and Potato. Add the salt.
2. Fan-fri the front side for 2 minutes; the back side for 2 minutes.
3. Serve with the Seasoning Sauce.

* Add the salt just before frying.
